Our college rental adventure started in 2001 when our son decided to move off-campus. Having worked in custom home building for 20+ years, Dave recognized the need for reliable off-campus housing. Dave began to assemble properties while learning what students were looking for: safe, reliable, high-end properties that were within walking distance to campus and uptown. We are a small business and with that comes the small-town experience. You will have the convenience and quality care that comes with direct communication from the owners.
